The Project

240 Blackfriars Road was a  major development in the continued regeneration of London’s South Bank. The 19-storey 2,000 square metre development provides 20,100 square metres of offices, street level retail units and residential space with fantastic river views provided by floor-to-ceiling glazing.

Media and publishing company UBM has taken a 105,000 sq ft pre-let to function as its UK headquarters.
