The Lollard Street – Kennington project seeks to create a high quality mixture of residential units, consequentially enhancing the surrounding urban form through improved landscaping.

The Project

Lollard Street regeneration is an affordable housing scheme located the borough of Lambeth, comprising of 89 family units made up of large 4 bedroom houses and 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Lollard Street scheme will replace an existing double storey car park which joins three exiting tower blocks at their base, therefore forming an ideal model of social housing.

The project seeks to create a high quality mixture of residential units, consequentially enhancing the surrounding urban form through improved landscaping. The public realm and improvement of pedestrian routes through the site provides a cohesive and sensitive response to the surrounding Kennington area.
